Si tienes dudas sobre el significado de un anuncio, consulta a un abogado de inmigraci\u00f3n; no des por sentado que lo entiendes. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Situaci\u00f3n legal de los nacionales del CHNV en EE.UU.<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La situaci\u00f3n legal actual de los nacionales del CHNV en Estados Unidos no est\u00e1 clara para muchos. Crucialmente, si eres una persona en libertad condicional del CHNV, tu estatus no termin\u00f3 inmediatamente con la declaraci\u00f3n del presidente Trump. Comprueba la fecha de caducidad en tus documentos de libertad condicional. podr\u00e1s volver a entrar en EE.UU. durante un m\u00e1ximo de 10 a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque no aconsejamos a nadie que permanezca en EE.UU.
