What Should I Do If Someone I Know Was Arrested by Immigration?

Having someone you know arrested by Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) can be a terrifying and confusing process. The Law Office of Rosina C. Stambaugh will walk you through the entire process and help you through this difficult time. If you know someone who has been arrested by ICE but do not know where he or she is being held, you can check the online detainee locater system.

If the person is being held at the York County Prison and needs legal assistance, The Law Office of Rosina C. Stambaugh can help. We can meet with the person (also called a detainee) and assess his or her case. Once we meet with the individual, we can determine if he or she qualifies to be released from ICE custody (Bond) and/or a way to fight deportation to remain in the Unites States. Once we are able to assess the case, we will contact you and explain what options are available. If you would like our office to visit with the detainee please complete the consultation form.
