Job Responsibilities

The legal secretary position will be based at our offices in York, Pennsylvania.

As a legal secretary, you will interact with clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and communicate with courts and government officials. You will be expected to communicate in both English and Spanish.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. You should be a good multi-tasker who is able to use a computer and case management system. Experience with immigration law is preferred but not required. You must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
