Christopher Morales, Esq.

Associate Attorney

For over ten years, Attorney Morales has worked as an attorney in the areas of immigration, as well as divorce and custody, auto accidents, and criminal defense. Through it all, his true passion has always been working to help immigrants navigate the complex U.S. immigration system as they apply for benefits or fight against possible deportation. Chris has handled hundreds of cases before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

As a second-generation immigrant, Attorney Morales grew up in a bilingual home and is perfectly fluent in English and Spanish. He understands that communication is key to great legal representation and finds tremendous satisfaction in not only getting favorable results for his immigration clients, but in explaining the legal process to them and demystifying immigration laws. Attorney Morales understands that keeping clients informed allows them to be a key player in the decision-making process, so the client feels they are in control of their case.

Attorney Morales received a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law. He is licensed to practice federal immigration law nationwide, though he obtained his bar license from the state of Utah. He is also admitted to practice before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.


Linda Pineda

Office Manager

Linda was born in Mexico City and is the Office Manager at the firm. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.  Linda has dedicated the majority of her career to customer service. She is determined, energetic, and believes that it is very important to be optimistic. Linda loves working with others, and she is passionate about helping others, guiding, and supporting people. In her free time, she loves spending time with her beautiful daughter.


Roger Pena Chaves

Intake Specialist

Roger is an Intake Specialist at the firm in charge of scheduling new consultations for the firm. Roger is from Colombia and has a background in administrative assistance and sales.  Roger enjoys being able to assist those in need navigate the immigration process.  As the first point of contact for the firm, Roger strives to maintain good communication with potential clients, as well as compassion for their situation. Roger speaks Spanish and English and lives in Cali, Colombia.


Oscar Flores

Intake Specialist

Oscar, originally from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, is fluent in both English and Spanish. He spent his formative years at San Fernando High School in the district of Los Angeles, California. Growing up in this multicultural environment allowed Oscar to witness firsthand the immigration experiences of his siblings and parents, giving him a deep understanding of the importance of obtaining accurate information from the right sources to achieve the desired outcome.

Driven by a passion for helping others, Oscar has built a career teaching English to children, teenagers, and adults. He finds joy in providing assistance and celebrating the achievements of his students. Outside of work, Oscar enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends. He believes that communication and learning are key to personal growth, freedom and happiness for everyone.

Legal Assistant

Mary done is the front desk legal assistant at the firm.  She was born in the Dominican Republic and immigrated to the U.S. in 2017 and eventually naturalized.

Mary defines herself as an independent, capable and humble person who strives for perfection.  At the firm, she loves meeting new people and being able to assist in any way she can.

Mary lives in York with her children, mother and sister. Mary speaks Spanish and English. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and going to the beach, park and gym.  Mary enjoys talking with people, as she believes it encourages growth and social progress.


Gissell Done

Legal Assistant

Gissell is a legal assistant with the firm. She was born in the Dominican Republic.  She comes from a background in customer service.  As an immigrant herself, she knows firsthand how important it is to understand the immigration process and be able to have assistance in navigating the complex procedures.  She believes in the idea that no matter where you come from, success can be earned with hard work and determination.  She is dedicated to being able to help others around her and maintain a positive attitude.

Since coming to the U.S. Gissell has made a conscious effort to master her English skills. One of her proudest achievements was becoming a U. Citizen.  She lives in York with her 3 children and fiancé.  Gisell speaks Spanish and English.


Tatiana Vargas Helrich  

Mail Clerk

Tatiana Vargas Helrich is the firm’s mail clerk in charge of processing the firms mail and finalizing and filing the firm’s client’s government filings.  Tatian was born and raised in Costa Rica where she studied teaching.  Tatiana loves working with people and being able to assist those who are in need.  As an immigrant herself, she knows firsthand how difficult and challenging the immigration process can be.  She strives to assist the firm’s clients with the attention and client service that they deserve.

In addition to her passion for helping others, she enjoys traveling to new places, art and nature, especially animals.   Tatiana is a fluent Spanish speaker and lives in York County, Pennsylvania with her husband and their pitbull mix.


Samantha Rodriguez

Finance Specialist

Samantha is the Finance Specialist at the firm who handles the firm’s billing.  She is from the Dominican Republic and brings over 5 years of dedicated experience in customer service. With a deep-seated passion for aiding others, she thrives on providing assistance and support to those in need. Currently pursuing studies in psychology, Samantha’s commitment to understanding human behavior and aiding individuals underscores her dedication to making a positive impact in people’s lives.

Growing up in a close-knit family, Samantha has witnessed firsthand the challenges and struggles faced by her community. It’s these experiences that have fueled her determination to make a difference. Motivated by a desire to be a source of comfort and support for others, Samantha is driven by empathy and a deep-rooted commitment to uplifting those around her. Her childhood upbringing instilled in her a profound sense of empathy and resilience, shaping her into a compassionate advocate for positive change in her community.  Samantha speaks English and Spanish.


Oswaldo

Paralegal (EOIR)

Oswaldo Mata is a remote paralegal at The Law Office of Rosina C. Stambaugh. Oswaldo comes with 10 years of experience as a legal professional with 8 years in the immigration law sector. This includes aiding attorneys in civil litigation matters and immigration cases before USCIS, NVC, EOIR, and the BIA.

His commitment to delivering top-notch client service is emphasized by his own background as an immigrant, giving him invaluable firsthand insight into the complexities of the immigration system.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Oswaldo finds joy in cooking, working on DIY projects, exploring the great outdoors through hiking and camping, and cherishing precious moments with his spouse and their charming 3-year-old Pekingese puppy.  He speaks both English and Spanish.


Manuela Gómez

Paralegal (EOIR)

Manuela is a paralegal with the firm. In addition, she is also a licensed attorney in Colombia specializing in criminal law. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to helping people. Manuela enjoys working in the area of immigration as she feels she has the opportunity to work on cases that positively impact the lives of the clients. Her experience in immigration law has allowed her not only to understand the complexities of the process but also to continuously change the lives of people seeking a new beginning in a foreign country.

One of the things that excites her most about her work is being able to communicate in both English and Spanish. This skill allows her to reach a wider audience and ensure that the clients feel fully understood and represented throughout the legal process.

Manuela believes that every case she is able to assist on is an opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life. She is committed to providing the highest quality legal service, always with a client-centered approach and finding effective solutions to their legal problems.


Nadia Vargas

Paralegal (USCIS)

Nadia Vargas was born in Durango, Mexico, and raised in Chicago, IL. As an Immigration Paralegal for over 10 years, Nadia has extensive knowledge and experience in all matters regarding the immigration process. Her experience includes working side by side with numerous immigration attorneys across the country, as well as operating her own immigration paralegal company in Chicago, IL.

As an immigrant herself, she continuously strives to provide clients with exceptional customer service, thus making the immigration process smooth and straightforward. Her extreme passion for the immigration field has been cultivated by helping others, and customer satisfaction is her top priority.

Nadia attended Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.


Juan Santamaria Rueda

Paralegal (USCIS)

Juan is a paralegal at the firm.  Juan graduated from law school and is a licensed attorney in Colombia.   In his role of a paralegal for immigration law firms, he has honed essential skills crucial to the field.  Juan values the firm’s clients and believes in maintaining a good communication and support to the clients.  He has a keen eye for detail and strives for perfection.  Juan loves being able to assist individuals and being able to see the positive outcome for the clients.  Juan speaks Spanish and English and currently resides in Colombia.


Caressa Ma. Krisel E. Rafols

Paralegal (USCIS)

Caressa is a paralegal at the firm.  She works with our clients applying with affirmative benefits.  Caressa graduated and received her law degree from the University of San Agustin in the Philippines.

In addition to being an attorney in the Philippines, she has worked as a legal editor for almost 3 years.  As an Immigration paralegal for more than 4 years for US-based Immigration Law firms, she has extensive knowledge of the immigration system. She enjoys working with immigrants and assisting clients in achieving their goals.   Caressa currently lives in the Philippines and speaks English and Filipino.


Marie Pineda

Paralegal (USCIS)

Marie was born and raised in the Philippines. She is a middle child. She graduated from San Beda University, Manila with a degree in BS Legal Management in 2015. She has been working as a Remote Immigration Paralegal/Case Manager since 2018.

Marie’s experience provided her the opportunity to get acquainted and work with some reputable US immigration attorneys. She has assisted the attorneys in the preparation of non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications.

Marie’s career in the legal industry included a stint as an IP Project Coordinator, which provided her general understanding of intellectual property laws. Through her position, she had carried out regular audits of IP records.

Marie strives to continuously provide an immigration service rooted in the empathy for others. She aims to find ways and help immigrants and their families be re-united. She wants to create opportunities for them to create fulfilling future together. Marie envisions to have a deeper understanding of those people’s stories and to find solutions or alleviate their immigration burden.

Marie currently lives in the Philippines and speaks Filipino and English.


Roberto Carrillo

Client Communication and Document Specialist (USCIS)

Roberto is a Client Communication and Document Specialist with the firm.  He is a college graduate with a degree in marketing. Alongside his experience in digital marketing and customer service, he has also worked in immigration, where he discovered his passion for helping people and making a positive impact. Roberto considers himself a very creative person, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.  Outside of work, Roberto enjoys photography, video games, fashion, pop culture, and art. He also loves hiking, spending time at the beach, and immersing himself in nature. Roberto speaks Spanish and English and is from Mexico.


Denisse Vallejo

Client Communication and Document Specialist (USCIS)

Denisse is a Client Communication and Document Specialist with the firm. She was born in the city of Xalapa in Veracruz, Mexico. She studied Business Management.  Because of her passion for helping others, she began volunteering for different organizations. This eventually led to her work in the immigration field.  She has spent most of the time assisting attorneys in preparing U Visa.  Denisse’s passion is to be able to help immigrants improve their lives.  At the firm, Denisse assists paralegals and the attorneys with document collection and communicating with clients.  In addition to her professional activities, Denisse enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures, and reading.  She speaks English, Spanish and is learning French.


Kimberly Rosete

Client Communication and Document Specialist (USCIS)

Kimberly was born and raised in Acapulco, Mexico.  She speaks English and Spanish, and she has been working in the area of client communications for over three years.

Kimberly has a passion for helping immigrants.  Aside from her experiences in the immigration field, she had the opportunity to teach English to immigrants in Houston, Tx, surrounded by different nationalities, where she reinforced her passion to help people and she knew that she wanted to dedicate her life helping others to accomplish their dreams and unite families.

Kimberly has developed a greater understanding of how important it is to be able to communicate with others, especially those who are going through difficult times.  She has developed so much empathy and strives to work extra hard to accomplish our client’s goal.

In her free time Kimberly enjoys learning new things, cooking desserts, painting, or reading a book. She feels so grateful to be surrounded by her family and her cat.
