Juan is from Cali, Colombia and speaks English and Spanish. Since he was young, he has always been passionate about helping others. He enjoys listening to what others have to say and engaging with people from all walks of life. Juan believes that everyone can make a positive difference in the world.

After completing his studies, he developed a passion for trading, marketing, sales, and psychology, with a focus on Neuromarketing. Juan also enjoys his position as an intake specialist because of the connections he is able to make with potential clients. He is passionate about being able to help others, especially immigrants and their families, in times of need.

Juan is a father and enjoys spending as much time with his daughter as possible. His motto is that he believes that everyone has the potential to do great things, and he hopes that his work inspires others to strive for their goals and not give up no matter the situation.


Kadmiel Rosario

Kadmiel is a Case Manager at the firm. Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, Kadmiel relocated to Jersey City, NJ where he grew up surrounded by different nationalities and traditions. Seeing the positive impact of immigrants in his community, Kadmiel grew an appreciation for the value of diversity. This set him on the path toward a career in immigration law.

Now based in Wilmington, NC, Kadmiel is diligently working towards completing his bachelor’s degree in legal studies, fortified by a certificate in paralegal studies. He aspires to be a beacon of guidance and support for those navigating the complexities of the immigration process. Kadmiel enjoys traveling, as he loves to learn about new cultures and getting to know people from all walks of life. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is in the process of learning Portuguese.


Nadia Vargas

Nadia Vargas was born in Durango, Mexico, and raised in Chicago, IL. As an Immigration Paralegal for over 10 years, Nadia has extensive knowledge and experience in all matters regarding the immigration process. Her experience includes working side by side with numerous immigration attorneys across the country, as well as operating her own immigration paralegal company in Chicago, IL. As an immigrant herself, she continuously strives to provide clients with exceptional customer service, thus making the immigration process smooth and straightforward. Her extreme passion for the immigration field has been cultivated by helping others, and customer satisfaction is her top priority. Nadia attended Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.


Marie Pineda

Marie Pineda

Marie was born and raised in the Philippines. She is a middle child. She graduated from San Beda University, Manila with a degree in BS Legal Management in 2015. Marie speaks Filipino and English. She has been working as a Remote Immigration Paralegal/Case Manager since 2018.

Marie’s experience provided her the opportunity to get acquainted and work with some reputable US immigration attorneys. She has assisted the attorneys in the preparation of non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications.

Marie’s career in the legal industry included a stint as an IP Project Coordinator, which provided her general understanding of the intellectual property laws. Through her position, she had carried out regular audits of IP records.

Marie strives to continuously provide an immigration service rooted in the empathy for others. She aims to find ways and help immigrants and their families be re-united. She wants to create opportunities for them to create fulfilling future together. Marie envisions to have a deeper understanding of those people’s stories and to find solutions or alleviate their immigration burden.


Oswaldo Mata

Oswaldo Mata is a remote paralegal at The Law Office of Rosina C. Stambaugh. Oswaldo comes with 10 years of experience as a legal professional with 8 years in the immigration law sector. This includes aiding attorneys in civil litigation matters and immigration cases before USCIS, NVC, EOIR, and the BIA. His commitment to delivering top-notch client service is emphasized by his own background as an immigrant, giving him invaluable firsthand insight into the complexities of the immigration system.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Oswaldo finds joy in cooking, working on DIY projects, exploring the great outdoors through hiking and camping, and cherishing precious moments with his spouse and their charming 3-year-old Pekingese puppy.
