Yarina joined The Law Office of Rosina C. Stambaugh in January 2018. Yarina is a native of the Dominican Republic who immigrated to the United States and became a naturalized citizen in 1992.

Yarina received her paralegal certificate from the Institute for Paralegal Studies in 1993. Before becoming a paralegal, she was a contracted criminal court interpreter for the York County Court of Common Pleas. Yarina was previously employed as an immigration paralegal for Attorney Stephen Converse for 25 years until he retired in 2018. Yarina is a paralegal at The Law Office of Rosina C. Stambaugh where she handles varies immigration matters and works closely with clients.

In her spare time, Yarina enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her daughter and grandchildren. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
